Join Little Rabbit Yoga Studio at the Hutchinson Art Center on Tuesday, July 23rd for a prenatal yoga class that helps manage your stress during pregnancy, aid in labor and delivery, bring ease to tired overstretched muscles, and more - all alongside other expecting moms! Learn different postures that are safe to practice throughout your pregnancy and which postures should be avoided during this one hour, beginner-friendly, gentle class.
