Pat Potucek RETROSPECTIVE

This is a retrospective exhibition of artwork by Hutchinson artist Patricia “Pat” Potucek (1925 – 2011) to celebrate her legacy and the mark she left on Hutchinson, KS. This exhibition is organized by the Hutchinson Art Association in cooperation with Pat Potucek’s family.

Along with curating artworks from the Hutchinson Art Association Permanent Collection and the private collections of the family, the Hutchinson Art Association is requesting the public to loan artwork by Pat Potucek from their collections for this exhibition. The Hutchinson Art Association also encourages the lenders to share a fond memory of Pat Potucek and/or the story behind the loaned artwork, which will go on display with their artwork.

The exhibition will be on display in the Main Gallery July 31st through August 29th, 2026, with an opening reception on Friday evening, July 31st from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.

Lenders must deliver their artwork and paperwork to the Hutchinson Art Center between May 11th and July 24th, 2026 during regular business hours.
