“In the recent past, my work has been focused on my immediate environment as a longtime resident of Wichita, Kansas. I have been having fun combining the physical reality of the city with my aesthetic imagination to create images with a personal slant which is uniquely my own. In doing so I am hopeful that it will inspire people who see my work; to reevaluate their own perceptions of Wichita and see the city in a new way. Currently, I have changed my subject matter to prehistoric geological records using fossil remains of extinct animals and then some Kansas Geological Formations like Teter Rock and Monument Rocks.”
