The Hutchinson Art Center is excited to feature artwork by members of the Wichita Women Artists.

Wichita Women Artists is an artists’ group consisting of talented women from Wichita and the surrounding area who work in a variety of media. It was founded in 1950 to encourage its members’ creative abilities through monthly meetings and to share those talents in exhibits throughout the Wichita area. 

They have three to five exhibits during the year. Their members teach, attend workshops, enter regional and national juried shows, and are also active members of other art organizations. We hope you enjoy the diversity that these artists show using watercolor, oil, pastel, pencil, mixed media, photography, mosaic, acrylic, and sculpture.
