Visible Voices: Art Beyond the Struggle

Mental illness affects 1 in 5 adults in the United States. The Hutchinson Art Center is proud to collaborate with the Milestone Clubhouse to help spread awareness for Mental Health Month through a Front Gallery art exhibition! We are accepting both 2-D and 3-D artwork for this exhibition with a size limit of 20” in any dimension. The theme of the exhibition is mental health and mental illness: how do we find creative ways to address and cope with mental illness, and how do we promote and cultivate strong mental health?

Art submissions for this show must be delivered to the Milestone Clubhouse (206 N. Main St.) by April 24th, 2025. Artists are limited to one submission each; the exhibit is FREE to enter! The Hutchinson Art Center takes a 30% commission on all art sales. Artwork will be on display May 1st-30th at the Hutchinson Art Center. There will be an opening reception at the Art Center on May 5th from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
